About this house rental
Lilliput House is a very large detached house at the end of a cul de sac in Poole, BH14 close to Sandbanks beach that sleeps 12 people. The house has a private hot tub and has been renovated. The renovation work was finished in April 2023. There is a large kitchen and dining room, separate lounge with 3 sofas, 2.5 bathrooms, a large enclosed garden and off road parking.
GROUND FLOOR:
• Kitchen has a washing machine, full size fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, range of cooking utensils and breakfast bar with stools
• Dining Room has a large dining table and 2 chairs and a BAR
• Living Room has 3 large sofas, table and a large Smart TV
• 5th Bedroom has a king size bed and a chair
• Downstairs toilet
FIRST FLOOR:
• Master bedroom is a large room with a king size bed which can be separated into 2 single beds, a separate sofa bed, large built in wardrobe
• Bedroom 2 with a double bed
• Bedroom 3 with a double bed
• Bedroom 4 with a double bed
GARDEN
• Hot Tub
• BBQ
• Dining table and chairs and separate seating
• Fully enclosed private garden
PARKING
• Off road parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway and the house is at the end of a cul de sac so on road parking is available with no restrictions
PETS
• Dogs are more than welcome and there will be a charge of £50 per dog that stays. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.

This house was well equipped and in a great location. We had a fantastic stay. The beds were super comfortable and little garden was lovely.

Initial communication with host prior to weekend very good and helpful however during stay no reply to queries about lack of hot water. Nice communal areas for the group; dining area, living room, garden.Poor upkeep of the property in general - damp marks, freezer full of ice and old food, flaking paint and in some areas unclean. Not enougj crockery for all staying (some had to use plastic plates) which was a shame as we booked a private chef as a treat. Hot tub is more of a hot paddling pool - blow up with no seats inside - could fit approx 3-4 people.
