Get ready to enjoy this new home in a popular, new subdivision just a few minutes away from both the Ole Miss campus and the historic Oxford square. This 2,383-square-foot new home has10 foot ceilings on the main level, a huge kitchen with tongue-in-groove wood ceiling, quartz counter tops, beautiful cabinets and modern appliances including a 6 burner gas cooktop, custom hood, under counter ice maker, and wine fridge in the wet bar. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, full-length mirror, bedside lamps, and large screen Samsung TV with a Sonos soundbar. The primary bathroom is an oasis with a large tiled walk-in shower, a large stand-alone tub, dual vanity sinks, and a private water closet. Upstairs, relax and unwind in two spacious bedrooms. One has a king bed, and one has a queen bed. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a large L-shaped desk for a workspace. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans, benches, bedside lamps, and large wall mirrors. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tiled wall showers and a tub. This house worked perfectly for my daughters graduation from Ole Miss. Was 10 minutes or less from everywhere and the home is beautiful.
