Die Lage war top. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Abwicklung über das Büro hat auch gut geklappt
In die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Die Balkons sind nicht mehr ansehnlich. Im Treppenhaus war es über Tage sehr dreckig. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht mehr, da müsste viel erneuert werden.

Eine sehr schöne Fewo, modern, komfortabel, sauber. Top Lage, zentral, strandnah und doch ruhig. Das eigentlich sehr kleine Bad ist mit genügend Stauraum ( Schränke) ausgestattet. 😀
Der 2. Fernseher in der oberen Etage, den wir gerne genutzt hätten, war leider nicht in Betrieb zu nehmen. 😞
