Fancy discovering the Rhuys peninsula? Choose Sarzeau, which enjoys a privileged location. You will enjoy long sandy beaches and rocky points on the ocean side. On the gulf side, it is the meeting point of numerous sandy coves and extensive mudflats. Sarzeau has preserved an intact nature imbued with charm and authenticity and is the ideal place for hiking enthusiasts. The customs officers' path runs along the entire coast.
Choose this charming 180 m² house in Sarzeau. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, it is divided into 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is the ideal accommodation for moments of sharing with family or friends less than 1 km from the beach!
At the entrance, its exposed stone living room invites you to gather around the fireplace. (wood not provided) with a good cup of tea or coffee.
As for its very bright dining room, it invites you to get together around a good meal simmered in its fully equipped kitchen (gas, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and espresso, kettle, citrus press and raclette appliance).
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, in which you can meet, rest in the sun, play with the children and of course enjoy a good barbecue.
For maximum convenience, a parking space is reserved for you.
