Welcome to Sandstone Ranch! This peaceful, charming 3 BR, 1.5 Bath ranch style home in the heart of the Grand River Valley is completely remodeled, combining a clean, timeless interior design with modern amenities and vintage charm. This is the BEST location in Lake County, minutes away from ALL the wineries, distilleries, restaurants, Historic Madison village, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Spire institute, I-90, Powderhorn golf course, and Steelhead fishing at the Metroparks!
Situated on 1.5 private acres, this house has a wonderful, peaceful vibe with a vintage sandstone exterior, covered front porch, and a sun-drenched deck with lots of seating overlooking the neighboring acreage and horse farm. The interior is completely remodeled and features a brand-new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new floors, doors, trim and hardware, Arhaus leather sofa and love seat, a live edge coffee table, dining room table with seating for 6, a reverse osmosis water purification system and much more. Each bedroom features a luxurious king bed, dresser, full length mirror, clothing rod, two nightstands with drawers, two dimmable lamps with USB ports, shelving and room darkening shades. Our main living area features reading material, board games, Cable TV, Smart TV, a bluetooth speaker, mini Nintendo and Sega Genesis consoles, as well as Wi-Fi. Our on-site book will give you tons of ideas for dining and recreation to help you take advantage of our amazing location. We are less than a minute to Cask 307, Baci and Stonegait, two minutes to Laurentia, and within 10 minutes of ALL the wineries in the Grand River Valley. We are 5 minutes from the Historic Downtown Madison Village square. If you are in town for an event at SPIRE INSTITUTE, it is 8 minutes away. If you like the outdoors, there is a Lake Metroparks trail head less than a quarter mile down the road, which provides direct Grand River access as well as Hiking and Mountain Bike trails. Our goal is to make Sandstone Ranch the BEST place to stay in Ohio's Grand River Valley and as hosts we will do anything we can to make your stay as wonderful as possible!

Perfect house for wine weekend! Comfy beds, beautiful view of the horses and close to great wineries. They had a binder for recommendations, which was appreciated. Great place to stay

Great house! Convenient location and very cute accommodations, everything you would need for a getaway. Not an easy spot to catch an uber for parties over 4, recommend arrangements with the local taxi companies. The prices reasonable.

Great house! We stayed here for 4 nights. The house is exactly as described. It is so close to many wineries. The hosts answer emails so quickly. Super clean! We love the fire pit and the hot tub. Also perfect place to stay with a dog or with couples as there are 3 bedrooms all identical with king size beds.
