Located in a quiet, less touristy neighborhood, this home offers year-round convenience with easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and casinos just across the Nevada border. During warmer months, enjoy time on or in the water at El Dorado Beach, just over a mile away, or explore nearby golf courses, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes—all only minutes from home. When winter arrives, Heavenly Mountain Resort is roughly two miles away for world-class skiing and snowboarding.

Surrounded by majestic pine trees in the front and beautiful aspen trees in the backyard, this 1,800-square-foot home features an open-concept living space that brings together the family room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. A full suite of stainless steel appliances makes cooking for the group a breeze, and there’s plenty of room around the dining table for shared meals. Ideal for families, the home also includes a convenient washer and dryer.

After a full day outdoors, unwind in front of the dual-sided gas fireplace or stay cool with mini-split AC on warmer days. Stream your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night with the DVD player. Outside, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco in the private backyard, then end the evening with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. When it’s time to rest, three serene bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat for a great night’s sleep.

vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.

City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances

a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,
is 6 persons 4 adults & 2 children.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
Surfaces street parking is not allowed. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except
temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

i. Trash day is every Tuesday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored
in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South
Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall
not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall
be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.

Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to
citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant
and to the property owner.

Things to Know
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was not clean. We left it cleaner than we found it. Sent a list of issues some for housekeeping and some for owner repairs that need to be addressed. That said it is a.nice home and plenty of space to have friends and family over. Beds were comfy.

The cabin is exactly as pictured, super cozy and fantastic location. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in SLT.
