About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beautiful home in a brand-new neighborhood with multiple TVs, an Arcade video game and a dedicated workspace.

The space
4 bedrooms (1 king size beds and 3 queen) plus a kid room with a twin bed. We can accommodate 8 adults and 1 child.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms that have its own TV, living area plus the Arcade
Downstairs: 1 bedroom (queen bed), the kid's room, and workspace
We have dining area to enjoy nice, prepared meals in our amazing brand-new kitchen.
Enjoy your favorite shows with our TVs with Netflix and other free channels to have quality time with your family and friends.
Our TV in the living room is 65" and 50" for the rest.
Have fun with our NFL Blitz Arcade Video Game

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, garment steamer, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We required to take out the shoes inside of the property specially at the second floor.
- We have ring cameras and noise aware for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Fabulous neighborhood and great location for a nearby sporting event. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Loved the high end appliances and would definitely consider staying at this home again.

This property was exactly as advertised, very clean and spacious. The home came furnished with all the necessary items needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The dinning / kitchen area with access to the backyard was great for entertaining the entire family.
