Great house, location is ideal for the beach and easy access to Port A, Cinnamon Shores, or Corpus. House was generally good for families with young kids, though it seems to need a little maintenance (various electrical outlets not working,etc). Overall, a fine place to stay for a beach weekend.

Excellent mini-vacation! We enjoyed the property very much! The property had all the comforts of home; beds were excellent, beautiful decor, private backyard with mini pool, outdoor shower and water hose for cleaning off all the sand from the beach! The golf cart made traveling back and forth from the beach a breeze for our party of 6!The only "negatives" are that there are lots of stairs (if that's a problem for people in your group) and the internet was spotty at times. Other than that, NO complaints!

The property is fantastic and the golf cart included us a massive plus. Only thing all of us disliked was the roughness of the area rug in the living room lol so still a 10/10 for your next beach getaway with a larger group!
