A Royal Oasis in the Desert with pool, spa and Epic Game Room!

Lovely open kitchen, dining room and living room. Living room only has spots for 5 to sit. The house is set up for dogs with three doggie doors into the fully fenced yard, dog shampoo in laundry room and the couch and seats have covers. Recliner chairs in living room were super comfy. Pool was nice, heating was done on an app and you couldn’t schedule it- that was a pain. House is in a regular neighborhood easy access to stores and restaurants. They had both a keurig and a regular coffeemaker and a very welcome supply of ziploc bags, cling wrap and paper products. Tons of pool towels. The fire pit area was awesome.

The pool app. Spending $100/day to heat the pool was crazy, but if we wanted to use the pool in February it was necessary. I had to be on top of it so when it got cold overnight I had to turn the heat on starting in the early am. The garage is a great game room, but having a garage to park would have been nice. There were a lack of serving bowls.
