De ligging.
Ik vond het geen luxueus appartement. Badkamer beneden was alleen een douche in open verbinding met de trap en benedenverdieping. Met 2 gezinnen oncomfortabel. Geen afwastabletten, weinig thee-en vaatdoeken. Geen sfeervol huis, prima, maar niet luxueus.

De ligging was top. Voetbaltafel was leuk
Het was echt niet proper. Nergens plaats om je kleding weg te leggen in de slaapkamers. Zeer slechte afwerkingsgraad. Badkamermeubel versleten. Wc bril staat los. Schimmel in badkamer. Kamers zijn vochtig, vliegenramen zouden welkom zijn zodat de ramen meer open kunnen staan.
