The space, beds very comfortable, htg system and hot water, location, very helpfu and patient hosts, hanging rails for coats, double glazing though we didn't really find it noisy inside or out. Views from windows on the stairs good as long way up. The big table in kitchen area will seat six and there were two folding chairs pmus 4 at the table, toaster, microwave and a teatowel, good shelf space in bathroom.
Lack of key or lock for bathroom as we were 2 couples sharing, lack of plug in basin, nearly lost a couple ot items down the drain! There was only just enough cutlery and crockery for 4, certainly not enough forks or mugs for six (there is a sofa bed so I assume you might be able to book for six). No bread knife or bread board, no wine glasses. Mind you we like cooking and had daughter round for dinner one night. She only lives round the corner so brought her own knife and mug.

Check-in: la procedura di check-in richiede di uscire dalla piattaforma Booking senza che questo sia segnalato in anticipo. Inoltre, al momento della prenotazione la tassa di soggiorno risultava da pagare in struttura, mentre in realtà ho dovuto pagarla online tramite un sistema esterno alla piattaforma. Per correttezza e trasparenza, dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicato che la struttura si avvale di un servizio di gestione/hosting esterno a Booking

The property was in a good location with good access to buses for the station and the port. It was close to some very nice restaurants which were a pleasant surprise.
The property advertised a washing machine which it didn’t have and we had planned to use it so that was not ideal. The dishwasher also didn’t work and the crockery in the press was not clean on arrival which was disappointing. There was an insect stuck to the main bedroom door and the tv in the main living area did not work. The property is located on the 3rd floor of the building so with suitcases it can be difficult to navigate 6 flights of stairs.
