Tidy apartment that matches the description. Location is one block back from main area of town, alleyway itself that it is located on is great during the day, at night feels quite isolated and I wouldn't be walking through on my own. Host is easy to communicate with and clear instructions for entry.
Otherwise fantastic and would recommend.

Our bathroom flooded which then flooded the rest of the apartment
We had to ask the owner for a room change. She was reluctant at first but thankfully had a spare room for us
