The owner is wonderful. I wish all the owners were like him. He really did everything he could to make us feel welcome and good about our stay.
The interior is very clean and tidy. The apartment is very well equipped. Petroland is nearby if you want to swim in a pool and you don't prefer the water that's teeming with life.
The place is well secured with cameras near the entrance, which adds to the feeling of safety.
There's no people nearby and it's very quiet and peaceful. There's a slight hum from the factory nearby at some times, but it really did not bother us at all.
You have a restaurant in Kulpin called Lipa that has very nice food. There's a general store called Čepsi that also carries a lot of goods. For anything you can't find, you can head over to Bački Petrovac to get the stuff you need. We did not feel like we're missing anything.

The accommodation is located just a few hundred meters from the village of Kulpin, in a quiet environment. The kitchen is well-equipped, with both dishwashing and cooking facilities, including an induction hob. The sauna looks fantastic both during the day and at night—it opens from the living room and offers a stunning view. The hot tub was not in operation, but it surely would be very atmospheric when working. It is not located on top of the accommodation, but behind it, under a tree. Bringing a fishing rod is recommended—we, unfortunately, didn’t bring one. The sunsets were beautiful, and all day long we could hear birds chirping and frogs croaking. It’s an ideal place for those who want to escape the noise of the city.
We really liked the accommodation itself; however, Serbia as a country didn’t win my heart. We had to wait four hours at the Hungarian-Serbian border, as every car was thoroughly inspected. It was quite unbelievable to experience such a delay in the 21st century.
We arrived on Friday, and not far from the accommodation, there was an agricultural processing plant, which was very noisy. However, there was no work being done the next day. The tap water was not drinkable—it smelled like iron and had a yellowish color… According to the host, it’s medicinal water… I missed having a proper dining table outside, but we managed dinner with a small one. The grill area is located in the back, though I would have preferred it in the front.

Very nice secluded location. Experience of sleeping on a raft. Wonderful nature. Efficient communication with the owner. Neatly equipped rooms.
It was a pity that hot-tub was not in function. It's outdoor, so I suppose it is used only in summer.
