Very good value and very comfortable villa that must have once been a stylish place to stay; for the price, it really was excellent - and I imagine hard to find somewhere like this in Benidorm even at low season
The problem was that Jap shows signs of significant wear and tear; it seems unfair to quibble given the very low price, but there was a lot of dirty rubbish lying about, especially in the garden / pool area, which is suffering from neglect; also a few problems in the room: dirty towel behind door, window handles broken, blind didn't work, stain on sheet and dirt on sofa; also no coffee in the room which was advertised. Generally this place is great and I would still recommend it for one night - well worth it for a visit to Benidorm; but I wanted to let the owners know that the place needs a lot of looking after - to make it presumably what it once was

Good value for money
Being told you can’t access the apartment till 3 pm, they left us waiting outside the apartment until I had to text them at gone 3 o’clock for the code for the door
