Lovely, cozy home. We were there for a Marine’s graduation. Excellent location. We used Uber a lot. Airy atmosphere with beautiful decor in the home. Fabulous back lawn to eat and hang out in. I loved my nap under the palm tree.
Beds were very comfortable. Ample towels, beddings, and other supplies were provided. Great access to restaurants and stores that are a very short walk away.
Also very fun walkable neighborhood if you’re up for a good, hilly challenge. Neighbors are friendly. We walked a few miles to the beach one evening.
Excellent host. He was courteous, super responsive, and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
1. Right on the flight path of planes taking off every few minutes but we got used to that. Fortunately that stopped at night.
2. It was tight having many of us and only one bathroom.
3. Access to the third bedroom was through a second bedroom. Occupants of the third bedroom solved that by using the kitchen (back) door as, fortunately, the third bedroom has a door to the outside.

Great location, quick drive to Downtown, Sea World, Ocean Beach, and if you are bringing your furry family member, Fiesta Island, where your pup can run free on the beach.
Clean house, has all the conveniences you need for making meals. Grocery store within walking distance.
Recycling bin available, which is.nice for those of us trying to be kind to our home.
Yes I did srill give it a 10 even though there were a few things that could have been better. The price was definitely worth the below inconveniences.
Backyard was dead grass with weeds that left burrs and debris in the pups tail that needed to be brushed out regularly.
No washer and dryer, though there is a public laundry mat just around the corner.
Directly under the flight path for SAN so between 0630 and 2300 it can be quite noisy.
No AC, which means windows open if it is warm out
