Lovely clean apartment in an excellent location. Kitchen was well equipped. The host and his friend Rob were very helpful and accommodating. Slight mix up with the key safe at the beginning but this was quickly remedied. Ideal spot for anyone wanting to explore the Barbican area. Watching the boats in the harbour from the balcony or window was very relaxing and we spent many an hour doing so. Highly recommended and we would return if staying in Plymouth again.
Nothing negative to say only that it may be difficult for people who struggle with stairs but they are only short flights.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful views. Easy access. Clean and well equipped. Only issue was parking, we had to park in a public car park. So added expenses.

Beautiful view across the harbour. Nicely decorated Nice space to relax in. Functioning kitchen I would have happily stayed longer Interesting book shelf
Toiletries (such as shower gel) weren’t included. Although toilet roll and handwash available. Bathroom started to show a little aging/mould in shower area (although minimal).
