About this house rental
Traveling to Northeast Ohio for a wedding, funeral, or large event?
The Bailey Manor is the perfect space for large groups with 5,000+ square feet of living space.
The spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room are perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
Your family can travel together and stay together.
NOTICE:
No smoking OR vaping allowed in the house.
The Bedrooms
You’ll have access to 6 main bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
For special accommodations, the ground floor library (dining area #2) can be converted to a queen bedroom.
We also have 2 roll-away beds. There’s enough room for the babies, the kids, the adults, and the grandparents.
The Restrooms
For large groups, having enough bathrooms is critical. You’ll have 2 full restrooms on the 2nd floor, and another full bath on the first floor.
The Kitchen
Our kitchen was specially built to entertain large groups. You’ll be able to cook all the amazing food you want with our large appliances, plenty of counter space and kitchen tools.
Amenities & Activities
Take a bike ride downtown with one of our bikes, play some board games in the library, watch Netflix with our high-speed WiFi, or dive into a book by the indoor gas fireplace.

House was completely loaded with amenities! Great kitchen with any kitchen items you could think of or need (though we weren't really there enough to use many). Stayed for a wedding at Enchanted Acres (15 minute drive). A cupboard full of games and plenty of living/dining room and parking space! The only negative thing I could possibly say is that the owners live in the basement and as best I could tell, the only separation was a baby gate at the top of the basement stairs. Maybe there was a door at the bottom of the stairs, but we didn't go down to check. I just felt like there should have been a way for us to ensure no entry into our living space was possible (like a door we could lock from our side...as we left personal belongings there while we were out. Didn't have any issues, just seemed odd to me. I would stay again if I had a need to be in the area. Owner communication was good - I did message him pretty last minute to see if we could get in early to drop some stuff off on our way to venue, didn't hear back from him right away, so took a chance and we were able to get in. That's when I found out they lived downstairs. I appreciated that he let us drop some stuff off.

We had a great stay at Bailey Manor! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group of 14 to spend time together for meals and games, but also plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. It was the perfect homebase for us to explore Amish country and neighboring attractions. We loved that everyone had a comfortable place to sleep with easy access to large restrooms for getting ready in the morning. The kitchen was a dream to work in with plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. Everyone had a great time exploring the house walking the neighborhood. Would definitely visit again!

This has been the best rental experience!!! We had a group of 16 women for a Bible retreat. What a beautiful property! The kitchen was spacious and well appointed, beds were abundant and comfortable, living room large and comfortable for our meetings, and the dining room accommodated our group. As a bonus, we spent time outside on the patio in the evening and on the side porch during the day. We could not have been more pleased. On Saturday afternoon, people explored the area: some going into Amish country, some finding fabric shops, but the best was visiting the old theater downtown for five dollars and seeing a matinee!
