About this villa rental
The main house, which is pleasantly and attractively furnished, offers around 200 m² of living space on two levels for six people.
To the right and left of this level are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (bed sizes: 2 x 180 x 200 cm and 1 x 160 x 200 cm) and sea views. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a very large terrace with panoramic sea views. On this level there are also two bathrooms (1 x en suite) with washbasin, bath and WC.
The grand staircase leads to the large living/dining room with TV and access to the terraces, to the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, and to the toilet.
The spacious, partly covered terraces are equipped with matching furniture, such as a dining group with a large gas BBQ, sun loungers and a lounge sitting group etc. and offer a dreamy panoramic view of the sea without any disturbing influences.
A staircase leads down to the pool below, which offers additional covered and uncovered terrace areas, as well as sun loungers, parasols and a relaxation lounge. The heated infinity pool measures 10 x 4 m (depth 1.60 cm) and has a pool alarm and outdoor shower.
On this level there is also a separate flat with slightly simpler facilities, comprising the following rooms:
a living/dining room with TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's bedroom with two single beds and a small bathroom with double washbasin, shower and WC. The flat is not connected to the main villa by a staircaise.
The plot covers a total of 2,300 m² of sloping land and the paved access area provides parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.
