Our apartment may not have air conditioning, but we provide fans to keep you cool during the summer months. All windows have mosquito net and fresh air will fill up the apartment coming up from the river Arno. We strive to offer an authentic experience of Florence, with a touch of vintage style and bohemian flair. We provide all the essential amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Further more the apartment has a direct partnership with Amblé bistrot which sits just few minutes away and will serve you breakfast or aperitivo with a 10% discount.

This is a great place for a stay that is close to the action but far enough away to be quiet and restful. The host is informative and quick to respond. It is a climb up a hill, so if you are not reasonably fit, it may not be for you.

great location for a small family or friends, close to Boboli gardens and Ponte Vecchio. Property was nestled at the top of a hill (not very fun to walk up after a long day of sightseeing. Other than that, there was a small ant issue when food was left out (owner apologized and took care of it) - overall, great location, easy access, and very fun!!

The apartment is well located and offers plenty of space. However, there are many things to sort out and the detailed list was forwarded to the host. The major problem is that the heating was not turned on before our arrival, so it took more than 24 hours before we were comfortable inside the apartment (we rented in February). Hope these things will be improved next time.
