Villa Nevena with an outdoor pool is located in the small town of Buići, about 5 km from Poreč. The villa is located on a plot of land of about 1000 m2 with a swimming pool and parking space for 3 cars. There are 10 deckchairs and garden furniture around the pool. Two pets maximum policy implemented.The size of the pool is 44 m2. In the park around the house there is also a children's playground and a BBQ: GRILL with a table for 12 people, a fireplace, a sink. The villa is about 240 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms of 14-16 m2. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with an on-site surcharge of 12 euros per dog per night. The villa has two fully equipped bathrooms on the ground floor and on the first floor with a washing machine, shower, hairdryer and other equipment in each bathroom.
