A large, comfortable three-bedroom apartment in Rovinj city centre with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with access to the terrace is ideal for a larger family or group of friends. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, while in all bedrooms is one doable bed. Outside in the garden, which is surrounded by greenery and olive trees, there is a seating area and a barbecue for family or friend gatherings. Parking for up to two cars is in the courtyard of the house. Local restaurant and the supermarket are only 2 min away (walking distance).
