The standalone holiday home is rustically furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property onto the forests and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location in the woods. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire area.

Smiljan, district Bužim. The holiday house is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location with a large green area. Access is via a field or forest path (gravel or rubble). Parking on the property.
