Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, moderne Einrichtung, großer überdachter Balkon, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, umfangreiches Angebot, viele, frische, bereits geschnittene Obstsorten (Melone, Erdbeere, Kiwi, Ananas, etc.), Lage optimal, Weg zum Strand ca. 200m durch Fußgängerzone, viele gute und nette Restaurants in Grado, Umgebung sehr interessant ( Naturschutzgebiete, Städte (Aquileia, Duino)

Frühstücksbuffet vom Platz her zwar nicht groß aber von der Auswahl trotzdem sehr umfangreich und gut. Es war alles immer vorhanden da laufend nachgebracht wird. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Die Lage ist nahe der Altstadt und der Strand ist ebenfalls rasch zu erreichen. WLAN ist kostenlos und gut.
Das Studio Nr.2 liegt im Erdgeschoß und besitzt große Fenster in einer ruhigen Seitengasse (zumindest in der Nebensaison). Es wäre wünschenswert wenn die Fenster auch zum Kippen wären und nicht nur ganz zu Öffnen.
