La vicinanza al centro. Accoglienza per gli amici a 4 zampe.
Lavandino in bagno toppo, bagno molto piccolo, sedie su balcone poco stabili, rumori esterni eccessivi di sera, campanile difronte che continua a suonare, troppe scale se si ha passeggino. Pulizia non eccessiva, lenzuola sporche nel nostro caso.
