Great location in the old town, wonderfully furnished modern yet characterful apartments, and an excellent host who helped at every opportunity. A shame I was only staying for one night!

The room was on the ground floor right in the old town. The most excellent restaurants within 50m. Room was nice and new with kitchen facilities. Owner more than helpful and sent exact photos and check in details to make our arrival painless.Although there was a restaurant right across the alley, once you closed the shutters and window there was no sound. The sea organ is a close 400-500m and the sea about 100m. We will definitely stay there again. Zadar was the cheapest of all the places we visited.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die erg snel antwoordt op al mijn berichten. Apartement is volledig gerenoveerd en heeft veel nieuwste technische snufjes en Xiaomi producten. Bed ligt aangenaam, het is schoon en ligging is in het midden van de oude binnenstad. Zeker aan te bevelen! Ik kom zeker terug.

The only good thing about this place is location, but it can get very noisy at night as there are many bars/clubs across the street. Earplugs are recommended if you want to have some sleep.
We were very disappointed as the pictures and opinions on the website don’t match the reality, but maybe we were unlucky.
The place was not cleaned correctly- trash bin in the toilet was full with a used condom on top of it. We informed the owner but he replied it is not true even if we took the picture of the bin upon arrival.
The other disappointing thing was when we saw we got a towel with a price tag… so it means that it was never washed before… it’s scared to think if the bedsheets were even changed.
The place consists of three apartments. The walls are thin as paper so you can hear everything. We were lucky cause our neighbours were pretty calm and went to sleep early but we still could hear what they talk about.
As mentioned before, it can get noisy at night. It’s ok for a quick stay and if you are a party person. But if you appreciate peace and quiet, look for some place else.
