Location is amazing as a base to explore London. It's spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. Short walk to shops and restaurants. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were fixed the day after reporting them. The sofa bed was very comfy. Probably better than the actual beds.
The pillows were pretty bad. We bought some and left them there. The rooms are massive so could benefit from bigger, better quality beds and the odd bedside table and chest of drawers. Handy for longer stays to unpack.
It might be an English thing but there's no where to dry clothes. Had to stuff them into the gap between the wall and the radiator.
I'd also recommend a little info sheet on how to use the heating etc. As a tourist we had no idea how to use a boiler.
