Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλες τις παροχές ενός σύγχρονου σπιτιού, οπότε μπορούν να παρασκευασθούν όλα τα γεύματα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σε παλαιό κτίριο. Ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και απόλυτα λειτουργικό. Σε πολλή καλή θέση διότι απέχει 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον Σταθμό των τρένων και 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης.
Το κτίριο που στεγάζεται είναι παλαιό. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και δεν έχει ανελκυστήρα.
