The townhouse was in a great location for our needs. The unit was fully stocked with everything you needed. There was onsite parking which was nice. The beds were comfortable. A washer/dryer if needed. A BBQ on a small patio, unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of it because it snowed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay there and our family is planning to book again.
Communication with the property owner was difficult. The door stuck and we had to work for quite sometime to get it to open. (possibly weather related) No one was available by phone or email to help. There were no direction on how to use anything in the unit. A book with information would have been nice. Having local shopping and restaurant information would be helpful. The unit is very outdated and could use upgrading. It had a nice full size garage but you weren't able to use it. It would have been nice to have access since it was snowing. All in all it fit our needs.
