Lejligheden ligger et minuts gang fra den historiske bydel og havnen ved Fisketorvet. Fra lejligheden er der adgang til en gårdhave med bord og stole.
Gårdhaven kunne godt trænge at blive plejet (der var lidt rigeligt med bladlus).

Das Bad war sehr großzügig
Die Terasse war eine Frechheit.Ein mit Sträuern Unkraut und Brennnesseln zugewachsener Innenhof.Die Sollte sofort aus der Beschriebung gestrichen werden!!!!!!.
