Die Lage, die Ausstattung der Küche und die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers sind sehr gut.
Die Wohnung war gepflastert mit Hinweisen, die auf alle möglichen Verstöße der Nutzung (zu spätes Check-Out, Geschirr nicht abgewaschen, Rauchen) mit Strafgeldangabe hinwiesen. Man fühlte sich nicht willkommen, eher geduldet. Der Ausfall von W-Lan und Fernseher konnte während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden. Eine Entschädigung zu unseren Gunsten wurde mit dem Hinweis auf "kostenfreies" W-Lan abgelehnt. Der Duschvorhang wirkte eklig, keimig und müsste erneuert werden.

Frühstück selber gestaltet, alles andere kann man nur weiterempfehlen , top.

Das Appartement war sehr modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt hat. Auch die Terasse war sehr schön.
Es war sehr schmutzig. Der Abstellraum hat super stinkig gerochen, bei den Handtüchern und Geschirrtüchern wurde sehr gespart und auch beim Fernsehen. Es gab nur öffentlich rechtliches Fernsehen, keine privaten Sender. Alles in allem, hat alles sehr muffig gerochen und die eine Schlafcouch war übersäht mit undefinierbaren Flecken.
