The location was fantastic, very close to everything, not noisy at all, felt safe, comfortable bed, this is a 3 bedroom apartment however we only needed 1 room, it was clean throughout, had a washing machine had air coolers which we didn’t need in December, kitchen was usable had everything needed, shower was good, nice and hot and great pressure, full size fridge in kitchen, we didn’t watch the tv, small lounge though so if you had more than 2 people staying the others would have to sit at the kitchen table (4 seater)
Unfortunately the heating advertised , wasn’t on, I contacted host and was told it would come on automatically when the temperature dropped below 23* in the apartment, (the temp outside was 7*) , apparently it was above this temperature,

Struttura dotata di ogni comfort, ci siamo dovuti preoccupare sono di comprare lo stretto necessario per mangiare

Struttura con ottima posizione a Siena. Pulita e ordinata anche se un po’ trascurata (avrebbe necessità di qualche piccolo lavoro di sistemazione ristrutturazione) ma molto funzionale e comoda.
La persona che la gestisce è molto maleducata.
Abbiamo avuto una piccola incomprensione per il check out, oltretutto non per colpa nostra e prontamente risolto da noi ma mi ha scritto dei messaggi davvero poco carini nei modi.
Doveva essere più formale ed educata e soprattutto più gentile visto che abbiamo pagato e lasciato l’appartamento ordinato e preciso e abbiamo seguito tutte le indicazioni ricevute.
