Nice place with fantastic views over the old town & harbour.
Simple check in process & easy to find the building being close to the bus & train station.
Room was excellent & a great size, with everything you need.
Good deal of markets close by & plenty of food options, although many closed for the season when we were there.

This is an apartment not a hotel. There was no conditioner in our room and no water in the fridge.

Starting with the positive side - the location of the hotel is perfect, close to both ferry and old town. Staff are very responsive. Rooms are located on the 14th floor (highest of the building). Self check-in is pretty convenient. Parking is available but really limited slot and needs to be reserved very early. We were late in booking so unfortunately no parking and sea view room left for us. The downside of the hotel is obviously the facility. The towel is too much used and worn. “Seascape” became “Scape” on the towel. Heater in the toilet is broken. The water heater is slow to heat the water so you are a couple of two, you gonna be really quick to take the shower. Or one takes it first and the other to wait for an hour.
