Das Apt. ist super gelegen und direkt am Strand. Es bietet alles was wir als Paar benötigt haben. Alessandro, der Verwalter, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren Anfang bis Mitte Oktober und der Strand vor dem Haus war wie ein Privatstrand. Auch sehr sehr cool war der private Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut

Die Lage am Strand und der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz sind schon super. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro verlief über WhatsApp problemlos.
Der Balkon ist klein und auf Grund des Klimageräts nicht wirklich zum gemütlich verweilen nutzbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber aber leider gibt’s in der Wohnung ein Schimmelproblem
