About this house rental
Tranquility is a spacious home in the Heartstone Subdivision with just a short 1/2 block walk to the river. This home sleeps 34 with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms with an open concept kitchen and living room. All the rooms are large and offer lots of space. There is a pool table for inside entertainment and outside offers much more. Outside offers a great pool for beating that Texas heat if you haven't had enough water fun from the river. There is a large covered porch great for large meals and just hanging out. Out past the porch is an area to play horseshoes or volleyball and a fire pit for those nights spent with family and friends around a fire.

Overall it was an awesome experience. We got there as the river was still flooding so we were given another house (Rocking H) to stay for the first night and then we stayed at our other house (Tranquility). I just had two complaints: We had no water pressure & the pool never got cleaned at the tranquility house.

The size of the house is excellent for families. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is well-stocked. Great pool! There is easy access to the river. Close enough to walk or you can drive and park near river without leaving the neighborhood. The coffeemaker didn’t work which wasn’t an issue for us, the dining tables were wobbly and several chairs were unstable (legs weren’t attached correctly??). Fortunately, those are easy fixes for the company and didn’t affect our stay. We had a great time and plan to return!

This is the second year that we have stayed at Tranquility. It seems that the house needs some updates and renovations. The house isn’t also very well stocked with items that are in good working order. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom above the billiard room, missing chairs on the patio from previous years, not enough trash bags or dish soap provided.
