This property features 3 exterior security cameras. 1 Ring doorbell camera is located on the front door, facing out toward the entrance. 1 camera is located on the garage, facing out toward the driveway. 1 camera is located on the side of the home, facing out toward the patio area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion

- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 8 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed

This was a great property. Very clean and good size. Had everything we needed for our weekend. Getting into the the property was a little difficult. The code and lock did not work and we had to call both times we entered the first day but management was quick to get it taken care of. We would return again.

In PS for Tour De Palm Springs bike ride. Perfect location for that. Plus close to the airport.
