About this house rental

Ground floor: open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs), living-sitting room (flat screen TV), laundry room (washing machine and dryer), toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms comprising a bathroom and toilet each: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), desk on the landing. Central heating included. Electricity at extra charge. Bed linen rental. Optional housecleaning service: 35€. Located 15 minutes away from Rouen and 7 km away from the Zoological Park of Clères, in a quite setting, this holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, has an independent entrance and a 500 m² private enclosed garden. The owners have managed to preserve the soul of this old building dating back to 1850 while giving it comfort and modernity.
