Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom located right in the Heart of Downtown Indy, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a Quartz countertop, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max streaming !!!
Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!

This apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped to meet all your needs for a relaxing stay (long or short). Take a load off in this extremely comfy Queen-sized Gel memory foam with a pad. Storage for your items is no problem in the closet with hangers are available. We've included an iron and full-size iron board as well. The kitchen has everything you need to prep tasty meals at any time of day. In the bathroom, we have everything stocked to ensure you feel comfortable.
Entertainment · Fiberoptic Internet and WiFi are available. There is a Smart TV so you can screen share/mirror any media from your device.
This is a self-check-in, you can access the building from the parking lot south entrance.

We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present.
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.
Pets are welcome and we can only accommodate 1 pet (Dogs/Cats) per reservation. Guest must notify us of pet and breed before booking. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00
Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Do not move Furniture's, If you do, please put them back the way it was.
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

Beautiful condo with anything you might need… My family was very comfortable here and got good rest for their athletic competition… we would definitely stay here again… Thank you!

Property is very neat, clean and comfortable. Great location. Bring basics you might need - soap, paper towels, etc. It is an interesting set-up so if you are not renting the whole apartment, be aware the bedrooms (all have ensuite baths), can be rented to others. The management company was good to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Overall this place was nice and spacious for bringing a family. There were three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was very convenient.
My problem with this property is that when we arrived there was a dead light bulb in the kitchen (without it, it was difficult to see in the kitchen to cook) and one of the beds was broken. It took three days to get the light bulb fixed. They never fixed the bed and the communication in regards to these issues were minimal. It would have been very easy to come fix or replace the very simple, cheap bed frame during our 6 night stay. Instead we had to pull the mattress to the ground and sleep on it there with all the furniture in disarray in the room.
They request you only eat in the kitchen and dining room however they only have two high top seats at the sink/island in order to do so. There is no table in the dining area, so you have to eat in the living room if you have more than two people eating at once.
We found it odd that there were automatic electronic locks on every bedroom door. There are circumstances I can understand this detail, but we found it a bit annoying being a family wanting to easily get into the rooms.
