If you are looking for a place that is a short walk to the beach and is affordable, this is the place. A little small, but great for a couple!

This is an okay stay for one night.
The plus side is that it is new inside & clean.
Down side: very, very small overall space. Had to use the kitchen sink for “grooming” as the bathroom sink is too small to even brush teeth.
The majority of the kitchen cabinets are empty. You will find it very sparse (2 plates, 2 bowls, etc. ). No chair in this unit - only the bed to sit on. No extra blanket for a cold night at the beach. There is a wall heater in the room.
Walls are “old” & can hear your neighbors…but if looking for a place to simply stay & sleep, it’s great! Pack a cozy blanket in the fall/winter!
