Had a lovely stay at beside the seaside chalet. It had all we needed for a couple of days away. Beds comfy and very clean. The host Helen was really communicative and answered any questions quickly. Location was great and just round the corner from a lovely beach. Would definitely stay again.

The caravan park is in a great location just across from the beach with the town about 1/2 mile away and supermarkets within an easy drive.
The site has a nice pub/restaurant and plenty of green spaces for the kids to run around.
The chalet, whilst small, was perfectly functional. The heaters worked great. The outside terrace is great and the kids loved the bunk beds. The small kitchen is well equipped and the essentials are provided.
The host was always available and sas even kind enough to post us back a charger the kids had left behind!
Easy to find, nice to be able to park right outside the front door.
Mablethorpe is a lovely little town that is a little tired but wonderfully authentic and offers great value for money.
The main mattress is very soft but still got a good night's sleep. No WiFi meant mobile data only, which was fine.

Everything you could need in the chalet and lovely bedding and soft towels
Given the wrong code for the keys so could not get in after a long drive with a toddler and could not get hold of the owner immediately.
End chalet so a little noises at night time

The bed was lovely and comfy
I think it needs stating that the chalet is very small I didn't expect to have a shower and then have to get dry in the lounge as it's tiny and no were to put your clothes had to leave them in the case
The fridge is not big enough and the toaster was dirty
