All the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few steps from the slope and the place where you can buy ski passes. The breakfast is great, and the breakfast staff are exceptionally kind as well.
A small well-intentioned remark, because I would like the hotel to improve even further and because I would like to return, concerns the smell of food that unpleasantly spreads into the hotel entrance.
The comment also to the uncomfortable beds and pillows, as well as the failure to replenish glasses and other items in the sauna during the last hour or two of its operating time.
