Its a nice and well equiped property, its furnished very beautifully and is in a calm location.
Few things could be done better:
- outdoor door doesnt lock from inside (since its automatic with numeric lock), which os kinda ok, but also doesnt provide safety
- coffee mashine doesnt provide coffe pods, which is not ideal
- biggest issue for us was, that the property list itself as pet friendlly, but in reallity - they ask for the guest coming with pets to not allow their pets on the couch or bed. This might seem like minor issue, but what if your pet sleeps in bed? Keeps you company on the sofa? This should either be listed in advance or the property shouldnt list itself as pet friendly, because in my opinion - its not friendly.
- currentlly there are road constructions going on, so this makes crossing the street particulary dificult and not safe, thus the lication was not convenient for us.
Owerall - its a nice appartment, but concidering all aspects we felt that its overpriced.

The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood – safe, quiet, and close to the forest and sea. It was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Puiki vieta, salia Palanga, plezai. Parkingas prie duru, naujas, sviesus butas. Yra visi patogumai. Grisciau dar karta.
Kelios smulkmenos:
- Pirma karta atvykstant kelio uztvaras neatsidaro automatiskai, turi atidaryti savininkai.
- Silpnokas vandens spaudimas duse, bet cia turbut jau nieko nepakeisi.
- Noretusi, roletu ar uzuolaidos virtuves lange, dabar nieko nera ir viskas matosi kaimynams. Ypac sutemus.
- Gan daug vabalu priskrenda vasara, gal koks tinklelis ar musgaudis butu saunu. Na aisku cia normalu, salia miskai.

Very comfortable, spacious and stylish apartment. Everything is new, clean, well equiped and just perfect for holiday. Extremely comfortable bed, separate rooms, quite neighbourhood and very close to the sea. Definitely will come back in summer.
