Die Lage des Hauses ist für gehfreudige (Treppen)wunderbar- im Herzen Kitzbühels. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet , letzte Renovierung schätzungsweise vor 20 Jahren.
Das Frühstück war lustlos hergerichtet und bescheiden, aber ok.Die Bedienung mäßig.

Good location for town and ski lifts. Friendly owner
Would have liked a lounge area to meet other guests and relax with tea or coffee after days out rather than being confined to bedroom with very limited non German TV options.
