Beautifully maintained apartment, with very elegant traditional features and furniture. The light the views were great also. We would love to stay here again sometime, this accommodation helped to give us a wonderful experience in Arezzo.

Great location - close to great dining options and sites. Short walk to train station. The furnishings were gorgeous, the kitchen was quite functional, and the beds were comfortable.
The sitting/living room was set up a bit oddly - not very conducive to socializing. But we spent most of our time exploring Arezzo, so it was not a problem. The shower in the primary bathroom had very poor water pressure for taking a shower. The copious stairs made it difficult with heavy luggage.

So spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. How nice to be able to have a bath also. Maurizio was a great communicator and did everything he could to assist in any way.
There are stairs if this is a problem for you but we knew about them and they are always tricky with luggage, but you only have to go up and down once with luggage. Not a problem for us and we’re 60.
