Eine sehr schöne Villa aus Naturmaterialien, direkt am Fluss gelegen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon reicht vom Fluss bis hin zur Altstadt. Der Preis war günstig, und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un posto magico e un edificio che ricorda le architetture italiane in riva al mare. Il caffè mattutino sul balcone con vista sul fiume pieno di pesci e le oche è un'esperienza impagabile. L'appartamento sembra essere stato ristrutturato di recente e aveva tutto il necessario. Lo raccomando/Lo consiglio.
