We loved absolutely everything! The Palazzo and our apartment ( number 22) were gorgeous. Opening the curtain in the morning and seeing the Duomo was breathtaking. Most importantly, the level of service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our stay. I cannot say enough things about this incredible place!

O hotel é ainda mais bonito ao vivo do que nas fotos e tem um valor histórico enorme. Atendimento excepcional e muito conforto, com tudo impecável nos detalhes. Ficar nesse hotel muda a experiência da viagem. Voltarei e recomendo. Um verdadeiro achado.

A beautiful historic hotel with rooms modernised to give a unique mix of old and new. Location is excellent and near major landmarks. Staff are very helpful and service levels are excellent.

The location was fantastic, and the hotel was beautiful. The whole staff was extremely helpful, and helped to coordinate our reservations for us. I cannot say enough great things about our stay, I highly recommend this hotel!
