El Hotel está muy lindo, la decoración y la habitación muy agradables
La alberca es climatizada con paneles solares, como había sol la temperatura del agua estaba muy agradable
La ubicación me pareció bien, llegas caminando al centro de Tepoztlán, eso sí son muchas bajadas y el regreso pura subida 😅
Un día desayunamos en su terraza, y vaya que vista y que momento tan relajante y agradable para una plática matutina, pedimos el toast de salmón y muy rico
El personal siempre muy atento, amable y accesible
Tomamos un masaje en pareja y tbm bastante bien relación precio/calidad
En resumen, un excelente lugar para ir en pareja y relajarse un fin de semana

The view of the rooftop area, too bad that we were not able to enjoy it at night. That area closed to early at 9pm.
The room felt too hot, they provided a floor fan but it was not sufficient to cool. The bathroom is too tight. The front desk staff is not friendly, they purposefully misrepresenting the schedule of the rooftop area for their own convenience. They said it closed at 9:00 pm but posted signage indicated 10:00 pm. Breakfast starts too late at 8:30am, however the staff in that area is very friendly.
