Perfect location for us, helpful host with directions to the correct unit and I didn’t have to ask. So clean and comfortable. Definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

Had everything we needed for a girls weekend! Everything was clean, and we had plenty of supplies for trash, laundry, and bathing. The location is in existing apartments. Very quiet neighbors. Everything was great.

We had a fantastic time visiting Hot Springs and this condo was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with. Our only complaint is that the unit smelled of cigarette smoke… which is really unfortunate. As best we could tell another tenant within the building smokes and the smell would come through the vents. We got used to the smell after a while once inside, but every time we came back the smell would hit us pretty hard. And upon arriving home all our bags and clothing now smell of smoke and will require washing/airing out.
We understand that it’s no fault of the owner and little can be done to fix the situation, but felt that potential guests should be aware. When we return to Hot Springs we’ll choose another property and hopefully one owned by the same owner—she was great!!
