Summary:
Your family and friends will be close enough to get to downtown Savannah in 20 minutes or less and to Tanger outlets in 5 minutes! After visiting the area you can relax in a private fenced backyard or challenge someone to a game of foosball :)
We also strive for the highest levels of cleanliness in this home. Whether it's for leisure or corporate travel, both long and short term travelers are welcome!

You’ll be staying in your own 2000 square-foot, fully-furnished home away from home including:

- Smart TV (cable TV available by inquiry for additional cost)
- All utilities
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Designated workspace
- Coffee and Tea station
- Outdoor seating area
- Charcoal grill
- Washer and dryer
If there is a particular amenity that you are interested in but don't see on the listing such as a pack and play or high chair. Please inquire and one can be made available.
We take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC. Cleaners wear protective garments (e.g., mask, gloves) and wipe surfaces, cabinet handles, door knobs, etc. with cleaning solutions that follow CDC guidance.

Conveniently located to I-16 and I-95. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood but convenient to Pooler shopping and restaurants as well as Savannah and surrounding areas.
This is a residential/family community. It is important that you respect the property rules and the other neighbors during your stay.

Accommodated my large family and multiple pets. Place was clean and had many ammenities to feel right home after days on the road. Centrally location to shopping came in clutch. Thank you for hosting us.

This property was described accurately on the website. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. The house was adequately supplied with towels, toiletries, and various kitchen items. All in all it was nice and would stay again.
