Get ready for a cosy alpine break close to skiing and the centre of Chamonix!
Just a 7-minute walk to the Plan Praz ski lift, great access to the Brevent/Flégere ski domain and proximity to the famous Aiguille du Midi make this stylish studio an ideal year-round accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is located on the 6th floor, with convenient lift access and captivating panoramas of the majestic Mont Blanc. Inside, the studio has warm, wood panelling in the living room and is furnished with an elegant and modern full kitchen, a dining table and a double-seater sofa. Guests can easily prepare delicious homemade meals with essential utilities; a microwave, coffee machine (drip), fridge and toaster are available for guests’ use and enjoy them in a tranquil ambience. The bedroom area is sectioned off with glass doors and there is a set of bunk beds in the living area.
Free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available for entertainment. Water heater and ski storage are also present for added convenience.

Location
This holiday rental enjoys one of the best locations, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities as well as the famed L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are also close by. Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities like paragliding and parasailing (within a 20-minute walk). It is an international centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam which is open all year round to enjoy. For wholesome fun, the Chamonix Amusement Park - Domaine des Planards (a 5-minute drive) is where you can enjoy water rides, tobogganing and more. But if you are looking for something more relaxing then the QC Terme Spa (8-minute drive) might be a better option. A wide range of restaurants and bars are also right on your doorstep.
Geneva airport is a 70-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-L’Aiguille du Midi station is just a 5-minute walk away. The Mont Blanc Express offers free rail services throughout the Chamonix valley.

Great view and great location at this large apartment building in Chamonix. Very close to restaurants, bars, ski bus stops. 4 people could comfortably stay here no problem.Some annoyances — no shampoo or soap, no paper towels — made it a little worse than it needed to be.

The check-in process was a bit tricky. The rental office that hands out the keys is located in a beautiful piazza, but getting to it is a challenge. The directions were a bit unclear, and coupled with small busy streets, it was a challenge to find parking, but doable. The staff working at the rental office were amazing. Pleasant to talk to and also helpful, providing various recommendations for places to eat.
The apartment itself was interesting in a good way. The apartment was laid very nicely and for three people it was more than enough. Small little kitchen area with sitting area. Bunk beds and a queen bed. The apartment was clean and served the purpose that we needed it for. The view from the apartment was nothing short of amazing. Truly out of this world. If we could have stayed there for only the view, we would have.
The very funny part of the apartment is the building. I am not sure what it was previously, but walking down the hallway to the apartment ... the hallway is at least 20-feet wide, it has light sensors, so it is initially dark, and the light sensors don't light up the entire length of the hallway but only small parts. It was like being in a horror movie, but it was all fun.
The location of the apartment is fabulous. Everything was within walking range which made it very convenient.
Overall, an excellent location and apartment!

Views are absolutely breathtaking!! Loved sitting by the window both day and night and soaking up the fresh air and mountain/glacier views. Location was excellent - quiet, but an easy walk to all of the restaurants and stores. Also close proximity to a bus stop. Our 7 yr old daughter enjoyed the coziness of the bunk beds. I would suggest having an info sheet with how to access WiFi and the advertised indoor pool/spa, which we weren’t able to find. The lights in the hallway were always off and it took us some time to figure out how to turn them on. Whenever we texted the agency for information, they were very quick to respond. Most appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to make it back some day for a longer stay. Thank you for the wonderful memories made!
