The host was VERY communicative and prompt. Check-in was easy and smooth. Big plus: I'm a pretty big dude, and the furniture was very comfortable (other spots have caused me back issues from cheap and/or low furniture, so this was a welcome change of pace). Only real issue we had was the neighbor's dog, which appeared to be rather aggressive. While THAT is outside the host's control, the state of the fence and gates did have us a little nervous for our dogs. If the fence didn't hold, that would've gotten nasty. Aside from that and some nit-picks, it was a very enjoyable stay :)

The house was Good.The only problem was there was dirty towels on floor from last guest. Old food left in fridge.The host was nice.
